What a pleasure to be with Mayor Greenlaw and the City Council to present a truly wonderful gift book from the former Mayor Sakya of Kathmandu It was offered as a "token of love" as they say in Nepal and sent to people of Fredericksburg in gratitude and appreciation for the partnership we share.
